Over-the-road and regional Class 8

100,000 pounds, 308 miles, 21% less fuel

The EOS map was validated on a 6-axle sleeper tractor pulling a tri-axle trailer at maximum gross combination weight, run over an interrupted route and an uninterrupted route against control data from the same configuration.

Fuel reduction by route leg
Percent less fuel burned with the EOS map enabled
Northbound legs ran a full cargo load, southbound legs ran empty. Every leg burned less fuel.
Gallons burned, baseline vs EOS
Route 9 all stops, Route I-95 no stops, and the two combined
Baseline (no EOS)EOS enabled
13.3 gallons saved over 308 miles on a single tractor-trailer.
Phase 1 results, 485 HP engine model, 100,000 lb gross combination weight.

What the test does and does not prove

It proves the map produced a consistent reduction on every leg, loaded and empty, on both an interrupted and an uninterrupted route, on a Class 8 configuration at maximum legal weight. That is a real result on a real vehicle configuration, not a brochure claim.

It does not prove your fleet will see 21%. Your drivers, lanes, weights, idle time, and maintenance condition all move the number. That is why we project 2.4% to 3.4% monthly for real-world fleet duty cycles and confirm it against your own baseline before you roll out past the pilot.

Powertrain tested: 6x4 3S box-trailer tractor with sleeper cab, 100,000 lb GCW, Cummins ISX 485 hp and ISX 500 hp, 3.60 axle ratio, Eaton Fuller FRO-16210B 10-speed, progressive shift, standard accessory load.
