Pricing

$50 per unit, per month. Locked five years.

One number. It does not scale with your savings, it does not scale with fuel prices, and it does not go up at renewal. If the map performs better than expected, that is your money, not a reason to reprice you.

Savings split, per vehicle per month
The fee stays at $50 no matter how much fuel the map saves
Fleet keepsEOS fee ($50)
Illustrative savings levels. At $200 a month you keep 75%. At $800 you keep 94%.

What the flat rate actually means

Shared-savings contracts sound fair until the fleet performs. Then the vendor's cut grows every month, and the better your drivers and your maintenance get, the more you pay for the same software. That is moving the goal post.

EOS charges $50 per unit per month and writes a five-year price lock into the agreement. Save $200 a month on a truck and you keep $150. Save $600 and you keep $550. The invoice reads the same either way, which makes it a line item your CFO can forecast for five years without a footnote.

  • No hardware cost, no install fee, no setup or onboarding charge
  • No percentage of savings, ever
  • No price escalator, no annual uplift, no renewal repricing for five years
  • Add or remove units as your fleet changes, at the same rate

Included in the $50

  • Custom fuel map per engine platform
  • Install and archive of your factory calibration
  • Real-time reporting by vehicle and route
  • Monthly savings statement against your baseline
  • Recalibration when routes or specs change
  • Restore to stock any time you ask

How a rollout runs

  • Free fleet assessment, no commitment
  • Pilot on a handful of trucks against your own telematics baseline
  • You read the numbers before you decide
  • Fleet-wide install at roughly 30 minutes per unit
  • Billing starts at rollout, not at pilot

The five-year lock

The price is fixed in the agreement for sixty months. Fuel can double, your fleet can triple in size, and the per-unit rate does not change. If we cannot hold the price, we are not the right partner, and we would rather say that up front than build it into a renewal.
